Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so without any charge before it has been prepared. Once the preparation of your order has begun, unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations. If there is a need to cancel and your order is already being prepared, please contact our team immediately, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that you:
- Receive an incorrect order;
- Receive a damaged or defective item;
- Experience an issue that our customer service team deems refundable.

Non-refundable Items

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
