From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'WindPaperPort started with an ambitious vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchis in 1985, our small family-owned pizzeria was built on recipes passed down from ancestors.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the pizza craft during her journey across Italy, apprenticing with Neapolitan pizza masters. After she came back to the UK, her mission was to reproduce the essence of traditional Italian pizza with age-old methods and top-notch ingredients.
Our humble pizzeria initially had only 12 seats but has since blossomed into a cherished community fixture. Yet, our dedication to excellence and genuineness endures. The same old-world oven baking, daily handmade dough, and locally sourced fine ingredients are our trademarks.
Still led by the Bianchi family, 'WindPaperPort continues with the same family heritage, guided by the second generation. While we’ve adopted modern enhancements, the core of our mission is unchanged: making sumptuous, genuine pizzas that unite folks.
